Canterbury Installation was established in 2012 to insulate homes across the Christchurch and Canterbury regions of New Zealand. Over the years we’ve insulated over 4,000 homes in the South Island and we’re only just getting started!

Canterbury Insulation started blowing wall insulation more than 20 years ago and during this time we’ve discovered what works and what doesn’t. As technology and products have evolved, Canterbury Insulation has chosen a loose-fill dry fibre insulation for our wall insulation product of choice.

Dry Fibre is the leading insulation product used extensively throughout New Zealand. It’s quick and easy to install and can be done from the interior or exterior of your home without having to remove the linings.

We have insulated over 2500 Canterbury homes in the last 10 years, however, there are thousands of homes in the region that desperately need the benefits of wall insulation.

Matt Clayton

Going on 21 years in the installation industry and still has a passion for it today, as strong as what I saw all those years ago. He's successfully insulated over 4000 homes in the Canterbury region and takes great satisfaction in changing how everyone of those families and future families will benefit from a warm home. His mission is more important now than ever as he believes everyone has the right to live in a warm insulated home.

Laura Clayton

The true rock to the business, Laura‘s been around for 12 years behind the scenes keeping everyone in line and helping build a great culture and a great business that everyone can benefit from. Laura and Matt have been fully committed to driving innovation and excellence in New Zealand's insulation industry.
